Your Privacy Choices

Last updated: June 2026

This page describes the privacy choices available to U.S. residents under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state privacy laws in Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, and other states. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

Targeted Advertising & "Sharing"

To market FanDraft and measure our advertising, we use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from third-party advertising and analytics partners, including Google, TikTok, Reddit, OpenAI, and Roku. When these technologies are active, certain identifiers and usage information (such as your device and browser characteristics, pages visited, advertising interactions, and IP-derived approximate region) may be disclosed to those partners. Under some U.S. state laws, this type of disclosure for targeted advertising may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, even though we do not exchange your personal information for money.

Your Right to Opt Out

You have the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information for targeted advertising. You can exercise this right in any of the following ways:

1. Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control browser signal. If you use a browser or extension that sends a GPC signal, we will treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale/sharing of personal information for that browser and device. Because GPC is tied to the specific browser and device you are using, you will need to enable it on each browser and device you use.

2. Submit a request to us

You may ask us to opt you out of targeted advertising, or to exercise your other privacy rights (such as access or deletion), by contacting us at support@fandraft.com or through our support page. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.

3. Manage partner & browser controls

You can also limit interest-based advertising directly through industry and partner tools, including the DAA WebChoices and NAI opt-out pages, your browser's cookie controls, and your mobile device's advertising settings. You can review the partner privacy and opt-out resources listed in our Privacy Policy.

“We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age. FanDraft is not directed to children under 13.”

No Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights — for example, by denying you services, charging different prices, or providing a different level of quality.
